Extension Packs

Simplify the sharing of your custom Forms, Status Boards, and Task Boards with other teams, allowing them to seamlessly integrate these into their own Incident Management account (Operations Center platform).

Creating Extensions Packs to Share

ℹī¸ NOTE: Extension packs created through your profile will bear a digital signature utilizing your email address, enabling other users to authenticate its legitimacy before installation.

  1. Go to the Admin Area
  2. Expand Settings
  3. Select Extension Packs
  4. Click Create Pack
  5. Enter in the Extension Pack Name
  6. Check off the Forms, Status Boards, and/or Task Boards you want to include
  7. Click Download

⚠ī¸ ATTENTION: Certain templates in the extension packs contain formulas for Module Statistics and Dashboard Statistics which will not function if data field related to the formulas are changed

Do you have extension packs of your own that you want to share with the Bravo Zulu community? Send them over to the Help Desk today!

Installing Extension Packs in Your Account

  1. Go to the Admin Area
  2. Expand Settings
  3. Select Extension Packs
  4. Click Install Pack
  5. Select the .p4ck document from your device
    1. By default, each item within the uploaded pack will be set to 'Install,' but if you don't want to install a specific item within your account, you can choose the 'Install' dropdown and then click 'Not Installed'
  6. Click Add Items
  7. Select Confirm
  8. The items you've installed will be accessible within their respective modules, such as Forms, Status Boards, and/or Task Boards

Uninstalling Extension Packs from Your Account

  1. Go to the Admin Area
  2. Expand Settings
  3. Select Extension Packs
  4. Select Uninstall next to the Extension Pack you wish to remove
  5. Choose if you want to Uninstall the pack and the items or Uninstall the pack, keep the items
  6. Click Uninstall Pack
