Creating Collections

Collections allow you to create and store pre-loaded content for use during an event or incident. Before being available to use within a Channel, first you need to create some collections.

🔑 ACCESS LEVEL: Account Owner or Editor

  1. Go to the Admin Area
  2. Expand Collections
  3. Click on the module you want to pre-load data into (this will be a Form, Status Boards, or Task Boards you have already created)
  4. Click Add
  5. Fill in the details for your item
  6. Add as many items as you would like to pre-load available in all channels
  7. When you go back to your open channel and go to that module, click on the Add button
  8. Your collection data will now be available to import into your channel
