Assignments
Use the Assignments task template to track your search areas. Organize the assignments into lists and monitor the overall progress. Have your team leaders mark their assignments as not started, in-progress, or completed. Connect your assignments to proposed scenarios. The customizable form allows you to record any pertinent information your teams need to know and shares it with them in real time.

Scenarios
Use the Scenarios template to anticipate possible locations and situations for missing people and create corresponding tactics. Rate each scenario according to its likelihood and create related assignments that would locate the subject in the proposed scenario. Quickly view the areas the scenarios relate to using the location map.

Volunteers
Use the Volunteers template to track your responders. Record their check in and check out times. Quickly access their contact information and proof of ID. These templates are customizable, so use it as a starting point to create your own roster with any additional information desired.

Clues
Use the Clues template to track clues found in the field. Mark their location on the map, record actions taken, and upload a photo. Assign the clues a relevancy rating (high, medium, or low) and quickly see their priority for follow-up searches.
