Configuring the Roles Template
The Roles module in your Incident Management account (Operations Center) shows all the teams and roles you've created. You can customize the template to display specific data related to each role, such as assigned Field Tasks and Resource Requests, using relationship fields linked to the Task Board.
🔑 ACCESS LEVEL REQUIRED: Account Owner
- Go to the Admin Area
- Expand Templates
- Select Roles
- Create your template using the customizing form template and selecting field type articles
- These built-in fields are hidden when customizing the template but do not need to be added: Name, Email, Phone Contact, and Role assigning relationship field
- Update the List View Settings to configure the column headers that will be displayed in the incident channel
- To include all Personnel when Starting a New Channel, enable Unassigned personnel: List unassigned personnel in the "Unassigned" team. To keep personnel hidden until invited, leave it disabled.
- Click Save
