Configuring the Roles Template
You can add fields to your role template to display specific data associated with that Roles such as Assigned Tasks and Personnel. You can also customize which columns should display on the list view.
🔑 ACCESS LEVEL: Account Owner
ℹ️ NOTE: There is only one role template for all of your channels across your Incident Management account.
To configure your roles template:
- Go to the Admin Area
- Expand Templates
- Select Roles
- Create your template using the customizing form template and selecting field type articles
- Click Save at the bottom of the screen
