Configuring the D4H Products Integration

Here you can connect our other products (Personnel & Training and Incident Reporting) together to import and export data.

🔑 ACCESS LEVEL: Account Owner

⚠️ ATTENTION: Both D4H Operations Center and Team Manager platforms must be residing in the same region in order for the synchronization to be successful. If your account is not residing in the same region, please drop us a request to help@d4h.com to migrate your account to the correct server and we will then share the next steps.

💡 TIP: This enables you to do the following:

  • Import your Personnel data from your Personnel & Training account
  • Export an incident / exercise / event to your Incident Reporting module. When you shut down a channel in Incident Management you will now have the option to create a draft activity report in your Incident Reporting account

To set up the integration:

  1. Go to the Admin Area
  2. Expand Settings
  3. Select D4H Products Integration
  4. Turn on Integration Enabled by checking the box
  5. Set the D4H Server Location according to your data center
  6. Click Select Team
  7. Log in with the username and password that you use to log into your Personnel & Training / Incident Reporting account (this is not your Incident Management account login. If you have already activated a better way to sign-in, the login credentials will be the same)
  8. Choose your team
  9. Click Select
