Library Module Overview

The Library is where you can store files and links to websites. It is a place to store resources that you normally use during an event / incident.

Pre-Loading Collections Data

Collections are used to pre-load data into the library. For example you might want to upload your Site Plans or EOC SOP forms. They are then available pre-loaded to import during an incident. You could also pre-load documentation that you want your members to read on an event / incident, such as Incident Planning Guides. The articles below may help in configuring and populating your library data:

Using the Library

When you open a new Channel you can add in library documents and links on the fly or you can import them from collections. Or you could start your channel with a Play that includes the library items required for that type of incident / event. The related articles below may help in using the library module.
