Viewing the Audit Trail

Every change in Incident Management (Operations Center platform) is recorded in the audit trail of the channel.  The audit trail is also available in the export once an incident channel is shutdown.

For those with access to the Admin Area, changes across incidents and channels can also be viewed in the Admin Area Audit Log, providing a central location to review all recorded activity.

ℹ️ NOTE: It is not possible to view the audit trail in the mobile app.

Viewing the Audit Trail

Complete Channel Audit Trail

  1. Access the open Channel
  2. Click on Logs
  3. Select the Audit tab

Specific Module / Item Audit Trail

  1. Access the open Channel
  2. Navigate to the module you want an audit trail for
  3. Click the Logs icon on the top right 
  4. Click on the Audit tab to see the audit trail for the item

Printing the Audit Trail

  1. Access the open channel
  2. Go to Logs or navigate to the item you want an audit trail for
  3. Select the ⋮ more options menu at the top right of the Audit tab you have open
  4. Click Print to PDF

💡 TIP: Un-check this option if you would like to exclude collection data shown on audit export


Viewing the Audit Trail in the Admin Area

For those with access to the Admin Area, audit logs for specific modules or items can be viewed directly within the module or item. All audit activity is recorded in the module/item itself; there is no general, centralized log.

ℹ️ NOTE: It is not possible to filter, print, or export the Admin Area audit trail.

How to Access:

  1. Navigate to the Admin Area
  2. Open any module or item
  3. Select the ⋮ more options menu at the top right of the module / item

  1. Select Audit Log to view all recorded changes across the module / item
