Duplicate a Task Board Entry

To save you time on having to re-enter the same information again, you can duplicate an entry within the Task Board module in your Operations Center account. 


To do this:

  1. Access the open Channel or the Admin Area if updating collections
  2. Go to the Task Board, in collections if in the Admin Area
  3. Double click into the Task Board checklist
  4. Double click on the Task entry row you wish to duplicate
  5. Select the ⋮ more options menu
  6. Click Duplicate
  7. Update any necessary information on the copied entry
