Configuring the Personnel Template
The Personnel module in your Incident Management account (Operations Center platform) displays a list of all personnel with you've added to your D4H account. You can customize the template to include fields to capture more details about your personnel, such as Position, Organization, Call Sign, Check in/out Times, etc.
🔑 ACCESS LEVEL REQUIRED: Account Owner
- Go to the Admin Area
- Expand Templates
- Select Personnel
- Create your template using the customizing form template and selecting field type articles
- These built-in fields are hidden when customizing the template but do not need to be added: Name, Email, Phone Contact, and Role assigning relationship field.
- Update the List View Settings to configure the column headers that will be displayed in the incident channel
- Click Save
