Configuring the Personnel Template

The Personnel module in your Incident Management account (Operations Center platform) is where you will see a list of all your personnel who have access to that channel. 

🔑 ACCESS LEVEL REQUIRED: Account Owner

ℹ️ NOTE: There is only one personnel template for all of your channels across your Incident Management account (Operations Center platform). 

  1. Go to the Admin Area
  2. Expand Templates
  3. Select Personnel
  4. Create your template using the customizing form template and selecting field type articles
    1. Built-in fields: Name, Email, Phone Contact and Role relationship field
  5. Click Save
