Searching a Status Board

You can easily search a Status Board by typing into the search box. You can search for data in the rows or for data stored in the form behind these rows. 

WEB APP

To search a status board:

1. Access the open Channel
2. Click on the Status Board
3. Select the Search Bar at the top
4. Type what you want to search

MOBILE APP

To search a status board in the mobile app:

1. Open the Incident Management Mobile App
2. Access the open Channel
3. Select the Status Board
4. Click the 🔍 search icon in the top right
5. As you start typing, your results will narrow automatically
