Filtering a Status Board

You can filter a status board so that it displays only the items that have been assigned to you, your role or your team.

To do this:

  1. Access the incident Channel
  2. Go to the Status Board
  3. Click the Filter icon
  4. Click My Items
  5. Now only your items and your teams items are showing

Configure Automatic Filter Settings

To do this:

  1. Go to the Admin Area
  2. Expand Templates
  3. Select Status Boards
  4. Click the Edit icon on the status board you want to modify
  5. Scroll down to List View Settings
  6. Set your default filtering options
  7. Click Save
