Creating an Org Chart

You can create an Org Chart in the Roles module in your Incident Management account (Operations Center platform). You can also pre-load Org Charts into Collections in the Admin Area. 

To create an org chart:

1. Access the open channel or the Admin Area if updating collections
2. Go to the Roles, or Org Charts in collections
3. All of your available roles and those assigned to the roles will be listed on the left hand side
4. Drag and drop your roles onto the blank canvas
5. Drag your mouse from one role to the other to link them up
