Incident Management Settings Overview
The settings in the Admin Area of Incident Management allow you to configure and localize your account.
- Preferences - Configure the main preferences for your account.
- Permission Profiles - Configure the different permission profiles and the access levels for each user.
- Export Settings - Decide what is included in the final channel export.
- Channel Statuses - Each channel has a status which can be configured here.
- D4H Products Integration - Connect our other products together to import and export data.
