Setting Attendance Periods on an Activity

Update your members' activity attendance hours, or add multiple attendance periods if they took on multiple roles or if the activity spanned multiple days. You

Setting Individual Attendance Hours on an Activity

  1. Open the Activity
  2. Click on Update Details
  3. Click on Attendance tab. You will see each member's individual activity attendance period to the right of their name on the Attendance screen (or have the option to add users)
  4. Click on the attendance period to edit the number of hours that member was in attendance
  5. Click Update Selected
  6. Click Finished

Adding Multi-Period Attendances

Multiple attendance periods can be created for individual members from within the Attendance tab in an activity. This function is used to help track members who held multiple roles within an activity or where members may have attended multiple days over the period.

Additional attendance period for an individual member:

  1. On the Attendance tab select the check box next to the members name
  2. Then select the Duplicate icon
  3. A second attendance period will be created for that member and you can update the From/To period as usual
  4. Click Finished

Using Bulk Action to Update Attendance

In the attendance tab of an Activity, you can utilize the Bulk Action dropdown to modify multiple members attendance details at once. Within the bulk action drop down you can edit Roles, attendance status, set the time period of attendance, remove from the list, or duplicate entries for multiple day activities.

  1. Open the Activity
  2. Click on Update Details
  3. Go to the Attendance tab
  4. Check the box next to the Name column to select all attendees or select the box only for specific members
  5. Use the Bulk Action dropdown in the top right and select Set status
  6. Pick the attendance status and click Update Selected
  7. Select Finished to save changes
