Member and Member+ Granular Permissions
In cases where the default Member and Member+ permissions within the Personnel & Training, Equipment Management, and Incident Reporting (Team Manager platform) products do not meet the requirements for the tasks your users need to perform, you can elevate their permissions by utilizing the additional granular permission levels.
ℹ️ NOTE: Users with Member+ and above can access private data (marked with a padlock icon).
- Draft Exercises: Ability to create draft Exercises and enter all data, however, cannot "approve". A member with Editor or Owner permissions will need to approve the activity
- Draft Events: Ability to create draft Events and enter all data, however, cannot "approve". A member with Editor or Owner permissions will need to approve the activity
- Send SMS: Can access communications integration if used in your account and send SMS messages to team members
- Documents: Allows members to create a new folder in Documents, edit an existing Folder, delete documents in a folder and if a Folder is empty they can delete the Folder too.
ℹ️ NOTE: Enabling the Documents granular permission level does not provide users with the ability to upload Attachments. The Attachments feature is entirely distinct and exclusive to users with Draft Activity, Editors, and Account Owner permission levels.
- Health and Safety Reports: Ability to create Health & Safety reports, however, cannot "approve". A member with Editor or Owner permissions will need to approve the report
Additional granular permissions for Equipment Management:
- Member & Member+ with Equipment Basic: Ability to create Repairs and complete Inspections but they cannot edit equipment data
- Member+ with Equipment Editor: Ability to create/edit/delete equipment data (including Categories and Kinds)
