Assigning a Member's Role in an Activity

Categorize attendance periods at activities into the specific Roles undertaken by personnel.

🔑 ACCESS LEVEL REQUIRED: Member/Member + with Draft Exercises, Events or Incidents, as well as Owners and Editors

To assign a member's role in an activity:

  1. Open the activity
  2. Select Update Details
  3. Go to the attendance tab in an activity
  4. Locate the member you wish to update and select the role from the Role drop down
  5. Select Finished

💡 TIP: To update multiple member's roles, you can use the bulk action tool
