Enabling Activity Sharing

This feature enables your team administrators to share the activity with other D4H teams linked to the organization account. It's particularly useful when an activity hosted by one team can benefit another team. When an activity is shared, it will be labeled as Shared on the top right.

1. Open the activity in the team account you wish to share
2. Select Display to all teams within your organization under Share section on the Basic tab

3. Click Finished
4. It will then appear on the Organization calendar and be visible to any Team account linked to the Organization

To Copy Activity Data to your Team Account

5. Open the activity from the organization account calendar
6. System will display the activity details, click into Add Exercise, Event or Incident
