Q - I'm trying to include a member in an activity, but they don't appear in the Attendance quick dropdown menu when I'm drafting the activity.

A - Either the member's Joined Date is after the activity date (e.g. Member Joined Date: January 3, 2023; Activity Date: January 1, 2023), or the member status is set as Retired or Observer.

Q - I'm unable to mark my attendance for an activity I attended yesterday.

A - Updates to attendance for activities scheduled for today's date or before must be made by your D4H administrator, please contact them for assistance.

Q - I attempted to change my attendance status for an activity, but I'm unable to do so.

A - The system allows changes to attendance confirmation up until activity starts. If you could not mark the attendance before the activity starts, please contact your D4H administrator who can add/change attendance.
