Tracking Memberships
Utilizing the D4H Personnel & Training product, this would be an ideal solution if you're seeking to track
Create a Membership Qualification, using a 12-month default expiry and then Qualify Your Team Members using the first day of the year as the awarded date for those members that have paid their membership fees for that year (e.g. January 1, 2023). For any member that has not paid use the last day of the previous year under the expiry date (e.g. December 31, 2022).
💡 TIP: You can also Send an Message to the Qualified or Expired or All Members who were added to this qualification.
Vehicle Mandatory License/Permit Requirements
With the D4H Equipment Management product, you can enhance your tracking of mandatory licenses and permits (e.g., MOT, Emission Tests, etc.) for vehicles or equipment Issued to Members on your team. You can efficiently monitor the renewal dates of these requirements by utilizing Equipment Expiry Dates.
If the vehicles or items of equipment are not issued to members or there are multiple types of checks to be carried out, it is best to use Equipment Inspections instead.
💡 TIP: Create a Task for the member to ensure the vehicle check is completed on time
