Setting a Default Play for Control Room

In Incident Management (Operations Center platform) you have the option to set a default Play that the Control Room quick starts every time. This enables a one-click incident creation. If you have not yet created any plays, check out our article on creating a new play to get started. 

🔑 ACCESS LEVEL: Account Owner

To set a default play:

  1. Go to the Admin Area
  2. Expand Settings
  3. Select Preferences
  4. Navigate to the Incidents section 
  5. Select one of the Plays from the Default play dropdown menu
  6. Click Save
