Organization Settings Overview

Organization settings is where you can configure your Personnel & TrainingEquipment Management, and Incident Reporting organization account settings. Settings configured at the organization account level will automatically apply to any linked team accounts.

🔑 ACCESS LEVEL REQUIRED: Permissions for D4H organizational accounts are currently managed by D4H. If you have an organizational account and need to request permission changes, please have your account administrator email us at help@d4h.com with the details.

ℹ️ NOTE: It is not possible to access team settings from the mobile app.

  1. Go to the 👤 user menu in the top right
  2. Click on Organization Settings and navigate to on the following sections:
    1. General Settings
    2. Module Settings
    3. Equipment Settings
    4. Integrations
    5. Custom Fields and Timestamps
    6. Map Settings
