Sending Mass Notifications within a Channel
Once you have connected your mass notifications provider you can broadcast messages from your Channel to the address book groups in the provider.
ℹ️ NOTE: It is not possible to access mass notifications in the mobile app.
To send a new message:
- Access the open Channel
- Select Notifications on the left hand menu
- Click Send Notifications
- Choose the recipients you wish to send the message to
- Enter a subject line and message for the SMS / Email or choose a template
- Click Send
