Filtering a Task Board

You can filter a task board so that it displays only the tasks that have been assigned to your role or to your team.

WEB APP

To do this:

1. Access the open Channel
2. Click on the Task Board
3. Click the Filter icon
4. Click My Items
5. Now only your tasks and your team's tasks are showing

MOBILE APP

To do this from the mobile app:

1. Download and open Incident Management mobile app
2. Access the open channel
3. Click on the Task Board
4. Click the Filter icon
5. Now only your tasks and your team's tasks are showing
