Assigning a Channel Status

Channel Statuses can help quantify the difficulty or resistance encountered when managing or mitigating an incident. Once you have configured your channel statuses you can assign the status on your Situation Report to indicate the current status of your incident.

WEB APP

To assign a channel status after you've already opened a channel:

  1. Access the open incident Channel
  2. Select on the Situation Report 
  3. Update the Channel Status field

MOBILE APP

  1. Open the Incident Management mobile app
  2. Go to the incident channel
  3. To change the channel status in the mobile app click on No Status
  4. Choose the status from your configured statuses
  5. Click Save
