Open a Help Desk Ticket
Our help desk is monitored by our technical support experts 24/7. When contacting the Help Desk, please include the name of your organization and as much information as possible to help us understand your query.
To open a Support Ticket within the D4H product:
- Access the Help Center
- Click on Ask for Help
- Click on Ask
- Select an item from the How can we help dropdown
- Your team name should populate but update if needed
- Click Next
- Enter in the subject of your query and any additional relevant information
- Images/screenshots/videos may be requested for the Help Desk to be able to better assist with your query
