Obtaining an API Access Key

API access keys are used for connecting with third party software that integrates with D4H and a multitude of other tools and tasks. For more information, refer to our API documentation.

🔑 ACCESS LEVEL: Any Member

ℹ️ NOTE: This feature must be enabled by an Account Owner first

💡 TIP: Remember that API access keys are the equivalent of your username and password. Sharing your personal API access key gives full API access to your account.

Go to the 👤 user menu in the top right
Go to Manage your D4H account
Select the 👤 user menu again in the top right
Click Personal Access Tokens
Select Create Token
Make sure to copy the entire token, as you won't be able to access it again once the pop-up is closed
From here you can label, put an expiration on the access key, restrict product access (Team Manager or Operations Center) and generate API access keys. You will also be able to revoke access if required
