Adding an Activity Approval Message

This feature allows you to add instructions for team account administrators to review before approving any activity in the account. Once set up, the Team account owner will receive a pop-up notification each time they approve an activity.

🔑 ACCESS LEVEL REQUIRED: Organization account access

  1. Go to Organization Settings
  2. Under Modules select Activities
  3. Select On to activate the Approve Activity Message
  4. Add in your Text
  5. Click Save Changes
