Q - How can I obtain a report of mileage on my vehicles?

A - If you've categorized all your vehicles under a single equipment Category;

  1. Open that Category and export the spreadsheet to review the mileage column data.

Q - How can I find the usage of an item in my inventory?

A - Open the equipment item's profile and click on Times Used.

Q - What should I do when an equipment item is no longer in my inventory?

A - You should Update the Status of the Item to either Retired, Lost or Inactive.

Q - How do I go about storing equipment items within a vehicle compartment?
