Configuring Equipment Retired Reasons
You may want to track the retired reasons when changing the equipment status.
🔑 ACCESS LEVEL: Owner
⚠️ ATTENTION: If you have a parent organization, the settings may need to be changed their instead of at the individual account level.
To add Retired Reasons:
- Go to Team Settings
- Under Equipment select Retired Reasons
- Click Add Retired Reasons
- Repeat the above steps until you have all of the retired reasons
- Click Save Changes
