Configuring Equipment Retired Reasons

You may want to track the retired reasons when changing the equipment status. Equipment retired reasons configured at the organization account level will automatically apply to any linked team accounts.

🔑ACCESS LEVEL REQUIREDOwner for team accounts, and organization account access for org accounts

⚠️ ATTENTION: If you have a parent organization, the settings may need to be changed their instead of at the individual account level.

  1. Go to Team Settings or Organization Settings
  2. Under Equipment select Retired Reasons
  3. Click Add Retired Reasons
  4. Repeat the above steps until you have all of the retired reasons
  5. Click Save Changes
  6. You can now Change your Equipment Status
