Rich Text in Multi-Line Fields
When documenting details during an incident response, such as in the Situation, you can enhance your multi-line text fields with rich text formatting. By applying font styles like bold, italics, and color, you can improve readability, segment text into sections, and highlight key information for better clarity.
⚠️ ATTENTION: If you cannot find this option, verify that it's enabled in the relevant template for multi-line fields.
💡 TIP: Press SHIFT+ENTER to create a newline. Press ENTER creates a new paragraph.
- Go to the multi-line field you wish to add rich text to
- Utilize the rich-text editor toolbar within your text area fields to create rich text with the following;
- Bold
- Italic
- Underline
- Text color
- Background color
- Clear formatting
- Numbered List
- Bulleted List
- After completion, either click outside the field or use the black checkmark icon
