Rich Text in Multi-Line Fields
When entering details during your incident response, such as on the Situation, you have the ability to apply styling to multi-line text fields. Incorporating font styles like bold, italic, and colors allows for improved presentation, aiding in segmenting text into sections and highlighting essential information.
⚠️ ATTENTION: If you cannot find this option, verify that it's enabled in the relevant template for multi-line fields.
💡 TIP: Press SHIFT+ENTER to create a newline. Press ENTER creates a new paragraph.
- Go to the multi-line field you wish to add rich text to
- Utilize the rich-text editor toolbar within your text area fields to create rich text with the following;
- Bold
- Italic
- Underline
- Colored Highlighter
- Bulleted List
- Numbered List
- Clear Styles (Reset)
- After completion, either click outside the field or use the black checkmark icon
