Reactivating a Channel
You may want to reactivate a channel that has previously been shutdown.
ℹ️ NOTE: It is not possible to reactivate a channel in the mobile app.
To reactivate an incident channel:
- Access the the main page in your Incident Management account
- Click on the ▶︎ Archived menu at the bottom
- Click on the ⠸more options menu next to the incident you wish to reactivate
- Select Reactivate, this may take several minutes
- Scroll up and see the reactivated channel now in the active channel menu
