A Better Way to Sign-In

Activate your new D4H sign-in experience, which provides a seamless single sign-on access to all D4H products in your region.

Beneficial factors with activating your new D4H sign-in experience:

• One username & password for all D4H Products
• D4H can now support SAML across all D4H products (additional cost)
• D4H can now have multi-factor authentication across all D4H products (included as standard)
• Improved security overall

Elevate your Sign-In Experience Button

If the "A Better Way to Sign-In" button appears in your account, start the activation process by completing the following steps.

1. Select the A Better Way to Sign-In

2. Click Activate Now

3. Your email address should be pre-filled into the Enter you Email box
4. Select the box next to I would like to receive emails from D4H with tips & tricks, updates an other news to sign up for these notifications
5. Click Sign Up
6. You will receive an email with a code to input, you may want to check your Spam folder if it's not in your inbox within a few minutes
7. Enter the received code
8. Select Next
9. Create your new password
10. Click Next
11. Secure your Account through a 2-Step Verification method;
    1. Select one of the options
    2. Click Next
12. Link your Account to share the same sign in across all D4H products;
    1. If you have another D4H product account with a matching email address, the system will automatically identify it and present the account for you to choose.
    2. Click Next
13. Once the migration is successfully completed, you will receive a "User Account Setup Complete" message
14. Please be aware that from this point forward, you must use your new credentials for signing in. Your previous username and password will no longer grant you access.

Elevate your Sign-In Experience No Button

If the "A Better Way to Sign-In" button does not yet appear in your account, you can still start the activation process by completing the following steps.

1. Sign into your account(s) using your current login credentials
2. Once signed-in, access one of the below links to your browser depending on which product(s)you currently have with D4H:

Team Manager (Personnel & Training, Equipment Management and Incident Reporting)

• EU Region: https://team-manager.eu.d4h.com/migrate

Operations Center (Incident Management)

• CA Region: https://operations-center.ca.d4h.com/migrate
• EU Region: https://operations-center.eu.d4h.com/migrate
• AP Region: https://operations-center.ap.d4h.com/migrate

3. Click Activate Now
