A forgotten password can be reset on the D4H sign-in screen or by your D4H administrator.
Password reset emails are sent from a generic noreply@d4h email address, so ensure you are checking your Spam Folder in your email address account first before proceeding.
⚠️ ATTENTION: If you are receiving an error message when trying to access the password reset link in the email this could be because the link you received in the email is no longer valid. The password reset link is only valid for 24 hours after it is sent. If you have not actioned your password reset within 24 hours and the link is invalid, you will need to request a new password reset.

Access your team's D4H URL and click the Forgotten your password? link to have a password reset link sent.
Resetting a member's password
This article is for account administrators who need to send a password reset to their members.
Resetting a Password is different between our different products. Click on the product name below you want steps for:
Personnel & Training, Equipment Management & Incident Reporting
To reset the password for one of your members:
- Go to the 👤 user menu in the top right
- Go to Access Control
- Scroll down to the name of the user whose password you want to reset
- Select Reset Password from the last column
To reset the password for one of your team members:
- Go to the Admin Area
- Expand Collections
- Open Personnel
- Double click on the Member's name
- Select Reset Password from D4H Incident Management Account section
