Merging Multiple User Accounts

You may experience some issues with A Better Way to Sign In, but there are troubleshooting options available. Below are two distinct scenarios that could help resolve these problems. Legacy refers to usernames not in the form of email address, this was before D4H implemented A Better Way to Sign In. This does not apply to you if you were not a D4H user before July 2023.

Merging User Accounts

ℹī¸ NOTE: If you do not have your team's unique URL, click here and select the applicable server then product.

⚠ī¸ ATTENTION: It will not be possible to merge your accounts if they are on different servers.

Your email address is associated with 2 legacy user names

  1. Connect with an account admin of team 1 who can re-send you a new invite
  2. Once you have that new invite, click into the invitation link and follow the signing in instructions
  3. You will now see your team's D4H account and the username will be set as your email address
  4. Then, we need to get team 2 added to your username. For that, go to https://www.d4h.com/sign-in, select Team Manager and then your region (ensure you are still signed into D4H)
  5. Once signed in click into merge accounts

  1. Enter your legacy username of team 2 account and it's password (crucial step)
  2. Click into Merge Account
  3. You should now see both teams
  4. Update your saved D4H sign in credentials as your username is your email address

Your email address is linked to both a legacy username and a Better Way to Sign In username.

  1. Sign into your account using your email address
  2. Once signed in click into merge accounts

  1. Enter in your legacy user name and it's password (crucial step)
  2. Click Merge Account
  3. You should now see both teams
  4. Update your saved D4H sign in credentials as your username is your email address
