Changing Basemap View

Within the main application, your basemaps are available to all users.

⚠️ ATTENTION: If you do not see the basemap you wish to select, see choosing basemap to display or adding custom basemap articles.

WEB APP

To change the basemap view:

  1. Access the open Channel
  2. Go to the Map
  3. Select the Globe icon in the top right corner
  4. Select the Basemap of your choice

MOBILE APP

  1. Open the Incident Management Mobile App
  2. Access the open channel
  3. On any Map
  4. Select the Globe icon in the top right corner
  5. Select the Basemap of your choice
  6. Click Change
  7. Click Save
