Adding Documents

ℹ️ NOTE: Private documents may only be accessed by Member+ and above. However, Members are able to see all private documents about themselves, in their own folder.

  1. Go to Intelligence > Documents
  2. Click into a folder or create a new folder
  3. Click Add document
  4. Upload the file or simply drag and drop it into the box 
  5. You can set the document as 'Shared With Team' or 'Private'
    1. To make the document private when uploading the document select the option to restrict the document's privacy to Private. This will apply the restrictions to the document.

    2. If you wish to restrict documents from users with Member permission level, create a private folder.
  6. Click Upload Files
