Adding Documents
Upload training materials, manuals, and resources to a shared document repository. Documents differ from Attachments, which are directly attached to a specific entity. For further details, refer to the Attachments articles.
🔑 ACCESS LEVEL REQUIRED: Owners, Editors, and Member+ with Document can upload/edit docs. Private docs (marked with a padlock icon) can only be seen by Member+ and above.
⚠️ ATTENTION: The maximum file size of uploaded documents is 1 GB.
- Go to Intelligence > Documents
- Select an existing folder as the document destination
- Or create a new folder
- Click Add Folder
- You can set the folder as 'Shared With Team' or 'Private' (Private restricts viewing access to Member+ and above)
- Click Create Folder
- After accessing the relevant folder, click Add Document
- Upload the file(s) or simply drag and drop it into the box
- You can set the document as 'Shared With Team' or 'Private' (Private restricts viewing access to Member+ and above)
- Click Upload Files
