Completing a Repair
🔑 ACCESS LEVEL REQUIRED: Owners, Editors and Member/+ with Equipment Basic.
ℹ️ NOTE: To choose who receives email alerts in the system, review Equipment Alerts.
WEB APP
- Go to Logistics > Equipment
- Access the Repair tab or select the repair from the Equipment Overview
- Begin by updating details of the repair or Adding an Attachment like a receipt by selecting Update Details
- Once you are finished with Update Details, click Save Changes
- Click the Completed button at the top of the screen
- If the item was marked as Unserviceable you will be asked if you want to mark it as back in service
- Select Yes, Change Status or No, Still Out of Service
- A notification will now be sent to the member who created the repair advising them that the repair has been completed
MOBILE APP
- Open the D4H Equipment Management app
- From the home screen, click the more options ☰ menu in the upper left
- Or you can access the inspection directly from the main screen
- Select Repairs
- Chose an repair to complete
- Assign the repair to yourself, if applicable
- Tap the icon at the bottom right and switch the repair status to In Progress or Completed
- Add in any additional details
- Click Submit
