Completing a Repair

🔑 ACCESS LEVEL REQUIRED: Owners, Editors and Member/+ with Equipment Basic.

ℹ️ NOTE: To choose who receives email alerts in the system, review Equipment Alerts.


  1. Go to Logistics > Equipment
  2. Access the Repair tab or select the repair from the Equipment Overview
  3. Begin by updating details of the repair or Adding an Attachment like a receipt by selecting Update Details
  4. Once you are finished with Update Details, click Save Changes
  5. Click the Completed button at the top of the screen 
  6. If the item was marked as Unserviceable you will be asked if you want to mark it as back in service
  7. Select Yes, Change Status or No, Still Out of Service
  8. A notification will now be sent to the member who created the repair advising them that the repair has been completed


  1. Open the D4H Equipment Management app
  2. From the home screen, click the more options ☰ menu in the upper left
    1. Or you can access the inspection directly from the main screen
  3. Select Repairs
  4. Chose an repair to complete
  5. Assign the repair to yourself, if applicable
  6. Tap the icon at the bottom right and switch the repair status to In Progress or Completed
  7. Add in any additional details
  8. Click Submit
