Setting the Profile Photo for Equipment

We recommend adding a model picture so that all Items within that Model can automatically have the same picture. However, for more distinctive items (e.g., multiple trucks of the same model but with different paint or accessories), you can directly add a photo by editing the existing item individually.

1. Go to Logistics > Equipment
2. Navigate to the Categories tab
3. Click By Manufacturer in the Equipment menu on the right hand side of the screen
4. Select the relevant manufacturer
5. Click into the Model you wish to update
6. Click on No Model Photo
7. Upload the relevant image and click Upload Files
8. This image will now be shared across all items of the same manufacturer and model
