Customizing Member Statuses
Tailor your member statuses by customizing labels within the built-in Member Statuses field. This customization provides a more detailed and granular representation of the reasons behind each status.
đ ACCESS LEVEL REQUIRED: Owner
Operational, Non-Operational Statuses
âšī¸ NOTE: Support members who do respond to incidents, and thus need to be on-call, should be classified as "operational", even if they are not considered responders.
Use custom member statuses to distinguish responders from deployable support members.
Use non-operational for those who do not need to (or cannot, such as trainees) respond to incidents.
