Enabling the Communications Module

The Communication Module allows you to send messages to the members in your account.  You can activate or deactivate this module.

🔑 ACCESS LEVEL: Owner

To enable the communications module:

  1. Go to Team Settings
  2. Under Modules select Communications
  3. Ensure Module Enabled is switched to ON
  4. Click Save Changes
  5. Once enabled, you can now add a communication provider
