Enabling / Disabling the Communications Module

Target communications across multiple channels including SMS, email, and voice calling. Compose messages and target recipients based on their Groups, operational capability, Qualifications, attendance, membership lists, and availability.

🔑 ACCESS LEVEL REQUIRED: Owner

⚠️ ATTENTION: SMS/Voice requires integration with a third party communications provider.

  1. Go to Team Settings
  2. Under Modules select Communications
  3. To enable, switch Module Enabled to ON
  4. To disable, switch Module Enabled to OFF
  5. Click Save Changes
  6. Once enabled, you can now add a communication provider
