Setting a Qualification Expectations
You can set expectations for groups, individual members, and member statuses to hold specific qualifications or multiple qualifications. E.g. All drivers are required to hold “Driving License (C)” or all hazmat technicians are required to hold "Hazardous Materials Technician Certification." Qualifications configured at the organization account level will automatically apply to any linked team accounts.
🔑ACCESS LEVEL REQUIRED: Owner for team accounts, and organization account access for org accounts
⚠️ ATTENTION: You cannot set expectations on the Qualifications under the K9 or Handler tabs for organization accounts.
- If you're setting expectations for groups, make sure the groups are created first
- Go to Planning > Qualifications
- Select either the Members, Handlers or K9 tab
- Select the qualification you want to assign to a group, member or member status
- Click Expectations on the right hand side of the page
- Select the group(s), individual member(s) or member statuses you wish to assign the qualification to
- Click Save Changes
