Viewing the Access Logs

This article reviews how to view your member's sign in activity for your D4H Personnel & Training, Equipment Management, and Incident Reporting (Team Manager platform) account.

🔑 ACCESS LEVEL: Owner, Editor, Member+

  1. Go to the 👤 user menu in the top right
  2. Go to Access Control
  3. This will show you the most recent log in for each of your team members
  4. To check an individual member's log in, click view logs underneath their last log in
  5. Under the Usage & Logs menu on the right hand side of the page click Access Logs
    1. You can also find the Access Logs under Usage & Logs within Team Settings
  6. Click Access Statistics to check information such as Most Active Users, Latest Attendance Confirmation and Latest On-Call/Off-Call Update
