Critical Notifications Troubleshooting
If you're experiencing issues with receiving critical notifications, follow the steps below to ensure the necessary settings are enabled on your device. Please make sure that the option Allow D4H to bypass Do Not Disturb mode for critical notifications is turned on to ensure you don’t miss any important updates.

ℹ️ NOTE: Generally, you will find this option at the bottom of the settings, so you may need to scroll down to see it.
- Open your device's General Settings
- Navigate to Notifications
- Select D4H Operations Center from App Notifications
- Find and select the Incident Management app
- Tap on D4H Critical Alerts
- Scroll down to locate the option Allow D4H to bypass Do Not Disturb mode for critical notifications and ensure it is enabled
Alternatively, you can access the setting by clicking on the Go to Settings option that appears in the banner when you access the Inbox menu
Samsung
When logging into the app, you will be prompted to enable the option 'Allow D4H Critical Alerts'. The following steps are specific to the Samsung S25 Ultra - Android version 15. Please note that your steps may vary depending on your device and software version.
If you have not enabled or snoozed this setting when logging into the D4H app:
- Access your device Settings
- Select App Notifications
- Select the D4H Incident Management app
- Toggle on the Allow Notifications, Sound and vibration and Show content on Lock Screen
- Go back to App Notifications
- Select Do not disturb
- Select App Notifications
- Click + Add App
- Select D4H Incident Management

Apple iOS
When logging into the app, you will be prompted to enable the option 'Allow D4H Critical Alerts'. Please make sure to accept this prompt to ensure you receive important notifications. The following steps are specific to the Apple 15 Pro Max software version 18.3.1. Please note that your steps may vary depending on your device and software version.
If you have not enabled or snoozed this setting when logging into the D4H app:
- Access your device Settings
- Select Notifications
- Select the D4H Incident Management app
- Toggle on the Critical Alerts
