Reviewing Alert Responses
After sending an alert, you can track how recipients respond in real-time. You can see who has replied, view individual responses, check the audit log, and access a summary of delivery details, including message statuses and total credits used
- Open the Alerting product
- Click on a Recent Alert: Under Recent Alerts, select the alert you want to review
- Select a tab: Click Result to review individual responses or Delivery Report to see a summary of the alert
- Result tab: Click a response option and then the recipient’s name to see Recipient Overview for their responses or Log View for the audit log and link opens
- Delivery Report tab: View an exportable table with alert details, response percentage, message statuses, and total credits cost
⚠️ Attention: Alert report features are available on Advanced and Professional tiers only. If you do not see these reports in your account, please contact Sales at d4h.sales@ecoonline.com for more information

- You can stop accepting responses at any time by selecting the ⠇more options menu and clicking ✋ Stop Accepting Responses
