Archiving / Unarchiving Alerts

To archive past alerts and remove them from your main view under Recent Alerts, simply archive them. This will also stop accepting responses from recipients. Keep in mind that unarchiving an alert doesn’t reactivate it, you would need to send a new alert to restart the process.

🔑 ACCESS LEVEL REQUIRED: Manage Alert Settings must be configured under Additional Policies

  1. Select Recent alerts v
  2. Click Archived alerts
  3. Click on the â ¸more options menu next to the alerts you wish to reactivate
  4. Select Unarchive, this can take several moments
  5. Scroll up and see the reactivated alert now under recent alerts
