Exporting Inspection Lists
You can export a quick PDF list of inspection items, which displays each item individually for quick checking. Alternatively, you can download the full PDF, which shows each equipment item on a separate page along with its corresponding inspection steps for updates.
ℹ️ NOTE: If you don't see the Equipment List PDF, it’s likely because the Inspection Steps feature is not currently enabled in your account. Please enable this setting first.
- Go to Logistics > Equipment
- Click on the Inspections tab
- Select the inspection you want the PDF for
- Click the Download & Print PDF for the full inspection details or the Equipment List PDF for the quick check list
