Enabling Inspection Steps
Our Equipment Inspections functionality now includes key improvements as requested by our customers. New customers are already using the upgraded version, while existing customers have the option to upgrade their inspections at their own convenience. Although you can enable this feature at your own pace, please note that if it hasn’t been enabled by December 31st, 2024, your existing inspections will be automatically upgraded.

🔑 ACCESS LEVEL REQUIRED: Owner
⚠️ ATTENTION: Once enabled, this action cannot be reversed.
ℹ️ NOTE: If your account is part of a parent organization, the setting must be enabled at the organization level.
- Access Team Settings or Organization Settings (for organization level)
- Under Equipment select Equipment Settings
- Toggle to On under Inspection Steps
- Click Save Changes
