Managing your D4H User Account
Manage your D4H Account, allows you to enable/disable multi factor authentication, update your phone number, update your email address and update your password. See Updating My Personal Profile for more details on updating your specific member profile details within the account.
- Go to the 👤 user menu in the top right
- Select Manage your D4H Account
Switching Between Your D4H Products
Navigate between the D4H Team Manager and Operations Center platforms.
Update Email
ℹ️ NOTE: This email used for signing in and to receive password resets. See Configuring User Settings to details on how to change the email used to receive organization-wide notifications.
- Click Update Email
- Enter in your new email address
- Click Next
- Enter the authentication code sent via email
- Click Next
- Select either Team Manager or Operations Center from your D4H Products to return to your account
- To log in again with your new email, sign out first
Updating Password
ℹ️ NOTE: If you do not currently have access to sign-in, see Completing Password Resets.
- Click Update Password
- Enter in your current password, new password and confirm new password details
- Click Change Password
- Select either Team Manager or Operations Center from your D4H Products to return to your account
Updating Phone Number
ℹ️ NOTE: See Enabling / Disabling Multi Factor Authentication for details on how to change the phone number used for MFA authentication.
- Choose your country from the dropdown menu
- Input the phone number without any special characters
- Click Next
- Enter the authentication code sent via SMS to your mobile device
- Click Next
- Select either Team Manager or Operations Center from your D4H Products to return to your account
