Managing your D4H User Account
Manage your D4H Account, allows you to enable/disable multi factor authentication, update your phone number, and update your password. See Updating My Personal Profile for more details on updating your specific member profile details within the account.
- Go to the đ¤ user menu in the top right
- Select Manage your D4H Account
Switching Between Your D4H Products
Navigate between the D4H Team Manager and Operations Center platforms.
Updating Password
âšī¸ NOTE: If you do not currently have access to sign-in, see Completing Password Resets.
- Click Update Password
- Enter in your current password, new password and confirm new password details
- Click Change Password
- Select either Team Manager or Operations Center from your D4H Products to return to your account
Updating Phone Number
âšī¸ NOTE: See Enabling / Disabling Multi Factor Authentication for details on how to change the phone number used for MFA authentication.
- Choose your country from the dropdown menu
- Input the phone number without any special characters
- Click Next
- Enter the authentication code sent via SMS to your mobile device
- Click Next
- Select either Team Manager or Operations Center from your D4H Products to return to your account
