Q - Why doesn't the qualification expiry date for members update when I modify the main qualification's expiry date criteria?

A - If a change is made to the “Default Expiry” after qualifying member, it will only take effect for new members that are qualified. If you would like the changes to be applied for members who have been qualified already, you would first need to mark their existing qualification as expired and then qualify them again which will ensure the new “Default Expiry” criteria is applied to them.

Q - How can I change who receives Qualification alert emails?

Q - How can I verify member qualifications post their participation in a tracked training exercise within D4H?

A - Please see Qualifying your Team

Q - How can I prevent users with Member permission level from viewing the qualifications of other users?

A - If you are the Account Owner of your Team account, you can send an email to help@d4h.com with your request. We will assess your request and activate this feature for you. Once enabled, only users with Member+ and above permission levels will have visibility into the qualifications of other users. Users with Member access level will only be able to view their own qualifications when accessing their profile.

Q - I am unable to upload my own qualification certificates?

A - This could be due to your user permission level set by your D4H administrator. Please see Uploading Qualifications Certificates.
