Q - My SMS messages, displayed as sent in D4H, are not reaching my members. What should I do?

A - To address this issue effectively, it is advisable to initiate direct contact with Twilio, your SMS service provider. When reaching out to Twilio for assistance, please provide the following information:

  • Mobile number(s) of the affected recipients
  • The mobile network provider(s) used by these recipients
  • The precise date and time when the communication was attempted

For seamless troubleshooting, it is also recommended to include help@d4h.com in your email correspondence with Twilio. This will ensure that any technical information or support that may be required from D4H can be provided promptly, facilitating a swift resolution of the issue.
